THE FINAL JUDGEMENT:
DIG MOSES A. JITOBOH DIED IN ACTIVE SERVICE AS HE WINS HIS CASE AGAINST POLICE SERVICE COMMISSION
Recall there was a man who refused to bow to the ills in the system and he went all out seeking for justice not just for himself but for the sanctity of the system. Today, the man that history will remember positively finally wins his case even though he is not here on this canal space again.
Firstly, the final judgement was to be on December 6th of 2024 (last month) but was shifted to this day, January 13, 2025. Painfully, he passed onto glory on the 27th of December, 2024.
The gallant police chief
, DIG Moses A. Jitoboh wins his case against the Police Service Commission. Reinstated with effect from the date of his purported compulsory retirement and awarded 50m in general damages. Having passed on to glory, it is now official that he died in active duty to his fatherland.
