THE N20MILLION GRANT:
ECHOCHO MATCHED WORDS WITH ACTIONS YESTERDAY

Yesterday, Monday, April 1, 2024 was historical as an idea muted by the Senator representing the good people of Kogi East, Jibrin Isah Echocho was materialized marking a turnaround in the lives of the beneficiaries of the N20million grant through his Kogi East Graduate Entrepreneurship Scheme.
The scheme according to the Senator is to consciously give a helping hand to graduates who have good business ideas or are already running businesses but need funds to scale them up. With this kind of help, Senator Jibrin Isah Echocho believes strongly that the economy of the area will grow rapidly as the multiplier effect will be great.
The Senator while handling the cheque of N1million each to the 20 beneficiaries through his Senior Legislative Aide, Alhaji Abubakar Rajab called on other great minds to begin to build more entrepreneurs instead of handling them only the things they can consume today. He (Echocho) stressed that one of the ways out of our current economic challenges in the area is to create and support more entrepreneurs in the land.
