Yesterday, Thursday, June 13, 2924, the Senator Jibrin Isah’s team distributed
rice and rams in Kogi East ahead of the Sallah Celebration.
The truckloads of rice and rams were distributed to hundreds of vulnerable households devoid of political affiliations.
“The distribution of the large food packs is intended to put smiles on the faces of his supportive constituents, as well as to ensure merry Sallah celebration” said Mr. Mikail Ibrahim, Media Aide to Senator Jibrin Isah (Echocho).
The excited beneficiaries drawn across party lines in the nine Local Governments, thronged venue of the exercise in merriment to take home their huge packages.
The gesture is coming barely few months after the Senator distributed large food packs to residents, particularly the vulnerables in the Senatorial district in commemoration of Easter and end of Ramadan.
Senator Isah Jibrin, who is the Chairman, Senate Committee on Customs, Excise and Tariff, represented by Alhaji Danlami Garba, in his goodwill message, reiterated his commitment to the programmes and interventions that would improve the wellbeing of his constituents, adding that he’s dedicated to responsive and equal representation.
He expressed optimism that the long term gain of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu (GCFR), economic policy will soon earn desired results. Thanked residents of his Senatorial district for their patience and understanding with the administration.
